I have a 3.48 on my paxton setup and im running into belt slip, I am running the Gates K061025 102.5" in the middle adjustment hole which is the farthest one out you can pull this belt... I know for a fact im slipping as I marked the pulley and belt sides and have dust. What do I do next, Shorter Belt? HD Green 101.5", 101"?

You could go 8 rib, you could get an aftermarket tensioner, you could try a shorter belt.

No need to act like that, sure anyone can spend hundreds on miscellaneous parts. I want to know what WORKS... is that hard?

I think his suggestions are spot on. Though that is weird I Have a 6 rib with a 3.33" and haven't had issues with slip

Maybe try one of the Gates RPM belts? They're better designed for high RPM but not sure how they work on your setup (I have the dedicated belt 8-rib setup).

we usually play around with the 100, 100.5, 101.5, and 102" belts to see what gets us the tightest setup while also playing with the idler as well.

with the 100" we run a 3.33, i would try the 100.5

Are you sure your belt is slipping?
The ratio of pulley circumfrence and belt length would need to be a rational ratio for your marks to line back up after a whole number of revolutions. 102.5" to 10.92"(circumfrence of a 3.48" pulley) is an irrational ratio and after ~9.4 revolutions of the belt the marks would line up again. Did you factor that in?
Belt dust can just be from normal wear.

If the tensioner is spring loaded going to a shorter belt would in turn have the affect of putting more tension on the belt, that's the cheapest option to try.

Yes I understand this, basic mechanics.

I'm probably going to to a 100.5 like you said or 101.

When was last time you changed oil in head unit?
Check head unit for drag or binding.
Increasing belt tensioning should be last step.
Is ribbed pulley on head unit worn or polished bad?
Does belt "bottom out" in V grooves?
Possible oil, coolant or other contaminants on belt or pulleys?

A six rib should be capable of driving a 200hp load with our crank pulley diameters.

A little bit of belt slip and stretch is actually great for absorbing shock loads.

Think about your belt drive as a fuse:
If head unit locks up, and belt doesnt break, something else has to give.
Belts are cheap and easy to replace, way cheaper and easier than crank snout.

Never replace a blown 5 amp fuse with a 30 amp fuse...

I plan to run a 102" Gates green on the middle hole and see where that gets me.
