I’m installing my long tubes on jacks and can not get the passenger side top back nut/stud out at all. I’ve tried using every ratchet/socket/swivel/wrench/ratcheting wrench combination that I have. I also tried using an extension and put one side on the nut and the other side I tapped on with a hammer to try and break the nut loose. Can not get it out for the life of me. Still have the top front 2 nuts on the passenger side to do as well...any tips?

Thank you for the advice, I ended up being able to break it free after many extensions/swivels and a 3 foot long fence post that I use to add more torque lol. I ended up breaking the nut and not the stud off but I’ll need to use a bolt in the spot anyways with my headers.

Haha😂 it took me holding the ratchet and my brother using almost all his force on the end of the fence post to break it loose...we heard a snap and I was like well there goes that nut. Should’ve gotten a picture of my face there too! Pure horror. There was no way in hell that little old wrench was gonna do anything to that nut. In hindsight we probably should’ve tried to go and buy a torch but oh well. All is well that ends well!

That's what it takes to wrench sometimes, persistence with a dose of common sense... well done !!
