Parking brake strength???

Ok typically I'm used to parking brakes being strong enough to lock the rear brakes. These however aren't even strong enough to lock them when it's wet out. Anyone else experience this or should I get mine adjusted?

I have a steep driveway and it will hold the Mustang with no issues with only the parking brake engaged. Seem fine to me.
