Does anyone have a link to a Brembo Sticker that is the same size to what's on the 6P Caliper now? All the stickers I am finding on Amazon and eBay are 3.3in x .8in which is apparently too small. Does anyone have a picture of these 3.3x8in stickers on 6P caliper?

Seeing as I have access to powder coating at work (free) I will likely go that route. Question I have is do you guys completely disassemble seals and all or just use the special green (glass) powdercoat masking tape over the Pistons?

The shop I've taken mine too in the past disassembled the calipers before powedercoating. Probably the safer route.

Complete disassembly of mine previously, new seals/dust boots.. Had Brembo logos custom CNCd and had those powder coated black on top of a color close to mineral gray (just to be different).

Exactly although now Im curious about using G2 myself... something else to keep me busy.

I have used G2 in the past on my 01 and 03 Cobra's but those were dual piston calipers on the front, so much smaller than my 6 pot GTPP calipers. This is why I was curious if you really used up the paint in 2 kits. Now that I know, I will need to order another kit before I start.

I am going with red and already have the Brembo stickers. My car is Ingot and have these wheels with red center caps, so I think it will look really good together.

Any pics of your painted calipers yet? I checked your build thread but didn't see anything.

I plan on doing them over the next 1-2 weeks. Will post up pictures when I am done.

I got a mixture of sizes. I think it was 3 different size of decals. Undecided ATM. I think I want to make the same size as the factory GTPP Brembo ones.

That's my plan as well I just don't have my car right now to measure the factory decal. Please post pics when your done!

The stock calipers are that dark grey color in the back. I taped them off and sprayed the blue with Duplicolor blue caliper paint. The Brembo is a decal off of ebay. Cost me like $20.00 for the paint and decal. I even left the calipers on the car to do it. Taped off the entire wheel well and sides of the car.

Painting the entire caliper in my opinion looks kind of overdone. Just my opinion though.

Where did you get the slotted and drilled rotors?

Rotorpros. Quality product for sure. Ford OEM blanks were used.

Shipped for 550.00 for all rotors.

G2 all the way, I will never use another dupicolor product. I have used their products extensively in the past and it is inferior to other products that I have used.

Any one try to just clear coat the OEM brembo's?

Picked up my calipers from the paint shop today. I had them spray the red G2 epoxy paint. I added silver high-temp Brembo decals and sprayed clear VHT high-temp paint over the decals. Should be good to go.
