P219A Air/Fuel Ratio Code

Normally when I have had issues with codes, they seem to be something common. This is a new experience, where I got a code that I can hardly find any information about, so I am kind of lost on troubleshooting. Wanted to see if anyone has also received this code. I have a 2017 ecoboost, getting close to 50k miles. I have several bolt on mods (exhaust, catted downpipe, CAI, race intercooler, custom tune). I have not done any modifications since about a year ago and have been on the tune since the beginning of last summer. The exhaust and downpipe have been on for a couple years at least. When I first put the downpipe on, I did get the code relating to O2 sensor (cannot remember the exact code) which was fixed by adding an extension. It has been a while now where I have not changed anything on the car, so not sure whether it is a tune related issue, or some hardware issue, but it is hard to know what to check when it seems like almost nobody has encountered this. I appreciate any advice!

~ check the EVAP
