Air/fuel ratio gauge. Is this normal?

Please check if your afr gauge behaving this way or not?

Constant load, constant freeway speed, but the gauge is wandering in 13.5 - 14.5 range all the time.

This does not cause any isdues. But I'm curious if this might be related to engine knock with ford poer pack my car experiences. Like, could it be an evidence of some intake air leak?

My EcoBoost does the same thing, it done it since new, pretty sure it's normal.......

AFR is not going to be perfect and steady, it fluctuates quite a bit between slightly lean and slightly rich to keep an "average" of about 14.1 as commanded in the tune.

Looks perfectly normal to me.

The dash gauge is horrendously slow.

Yes, it is constantly on the move. I have the digital dash and can have the gauges listed and showing digital readings, and the AFR never stops fluctuating.
