I recently swapped engine harnesses and got a new code: p06b8. I had to switch the oil pressure connector to a different one, and the car thinks it has low oil pressure (i’ve tested it, it doesn’t). Maybe a faulty connector triggered it? i don’t really know. Any help is appreciated

How did you switch the connector? Repinning or a new pigtail? Are you sure you got the wiring right?

I just got an old connector and wired it in. i am 95% sure that all of my wiring is correct. It was the fuel sensor. The harness i got had the single wire fuel switch and i needed to put the 3 wired fuel sensor in. I just spliced the wires together. The gauge works fine meaning that it’s got to be working somehow, yet the car still thinks it has low oil pressure.
