Service manual wrench comes on and the car won’t take off in 1st it just bucks me back. Code reader shows P061B, any ideas? I took apart my roush intake to clean it and I sprayed the MAF with MAF sensor cleaner like 50 times and still happening.

This is the 3rd time, going to take to dealer. Mostly stock 2019 5.0. I know there’s a recall for backup camera and when this happens and I put it in reverse my backup camera stops working suddenly, is it possible these are related? I feel like probably not but idk. Restarted car like 3 times and it turned the wrench light off and let me drive it today—usually I get a ride to work and come back and it’s gone. Seems to happen in the morning when I’m idling or I live on a slight incline I coast down the hill in neutral and at the end of the hill it’ll throw the code.

With regards to the MAF, just because it was sprayed and cleaned doesn't mean it is ok. It can look ok, but did you do any continuity tests on the sensor or on the harness connector? That wouid be first check, because isn't always the answer.
The MAF sensor could still be failing and the only real way to know is by getting a voltmeter and actually testing it (or using other test equipment if at a shop). See this older thread:

Check all hose clamps along the air intake tract too to make sure none are loose. Any turbulence or unmetered air getting into the air intake tract can cause weird issues and throw codes as well. Make sure air box is sealed (if a closed box).

Also even the P016B may be linked to the MAF, it's also linked to the rear thrust washer issue, found here:

when it happens what are your iat at?

I threw the same code and I also have a roush intake. It only happened to me when I was sitting at a light for too long or in a drive thru getting food. My IAT would get upwards of 160+, sometimes hitting 180. As soon as I would drive off....bam limp mode + P061B. I switched back to the stock intake and haven't had any problems since... Although now I'm dealing with a P2127 code but I am pretty sure it is unrelated.
