Did you transfer the oem Michelin tires to the PP2 wheels? If not what tires do you have? I don't know if your location P.R. means Puerto Rico but it if does then "cold flat spotted tires" certainly won't be the problem. However, if you are in a cold climate and the tires, oem or other, flat spot when cold then it is normal to have a bumpy ride until the tires warm up enough for the flat spot to go away. If the tires/wheels were not balanced well then a combination of some flat spotting and some out of balance might be the issue.

Also what drive mode setting and does this always happen on the same stretch of road?

I love your PP2 wheels. I found a set having them powdercoat black gloss. With 285s in front do you poke in front?

Tires are PS4 285 all around...tiress are not the problem....
Im trying to analyze it so I can explain properly to the dealer...
First, when it happens? typical after been stopped for 6+ hours.
After driving 15 minutes most of the times doesn't make the noise.
Description of the noise: It sounds like when a shock hit the bump stop.
or like shock is not moving freely. About 200 ft from home it is the first speed bump, and some days it feel like no shock is working, so make s the sound.
I double check that there is no transport block like the gt350s.
I tried start in normal mode, sport, but no difference. For example yesterday, was perfect all the way to work, maybe 20 miles!
Today not so... had to drive 10 miles and then everything is perfect.
Im wondering if there is a power supply/ memory power for the shocks?
There is a reset for the shocks? to many questions. Is difficult to believe that the shocks came defective.
Whatever adjust the shocks after start up it's not consistent....

Of course that depends on how fast you hit it and how big the speedbump or pothole is.

How has the temperature outside been on the mornings when you hear it? You said it was perfect today 4/10/18.. was the weather noticeably warmer on that morning?
