Mine's in the same situation, ordered 3/5, and if Silver Bullitt is correct about the VIN, then it should be OK. Do you have a VIN? If so, you can go to www.cotus.ford.com and enter it, and check the status yourself.
I'd say with a PP2 order you may still have a chance. Do you have the order number and dealer number where you could check COTUS? If you have a VIN, you should be good. If not, final scheduling for MY18 is this Thursday 4/5. You should know by Friday either way. Are you sure your dealer has allocation remaining?

I don't know that this relates to your vehicle not showing up, but for me, COTUS has been having issues (I hope, it's the site, anyway). Using my VIN, my order has been appearing and disappearing over the last two days, sometimes showing up and other times telling me there's no vehicle found.
Who knows. I ordered a PP1 with Magneride end of January and I didn't have any issues. Mine has already been built and should be here next week hopefully.So, there’s been a long delay in my 2018 order, got an update a couple months back stating it was at the factory and was awaiting VIN assignment. After several weeks the VIN never came, called my dealership and they started researching wtf was going on. Got an update about 2 weeks ago and the dealership confirmed that it’s at the factory “waiting to be built” but hasn’t moved since, the manager told me that this happened once before with an F150 order and not to worry, that they’ll call Ford and take care of it. Just got off the phone with my sales guy who called me, told me that the order just bounced back from Ford - told me that it seems to have something to do with the Magneride system, he’s unsure if they only allotted X amount for the 18s or what, though. I do remember reading something about a sourcing issue for Magneride here not too long ago... sooooooooo, basically, is this true?
