Prob a rat. Squirrels dont come out at night!I replayed the first one to two seconds several times. Looks like he was after the squirrel , running from left-to-right. Hopefully, the hood was left in better shape than if visited by a cat .

I think it's a rabbit. I have seen it in my back yard lately. The Owl has been around for years. No harm to the Mustang. Not sure about the rabbit.Touch'e.
Now, I'm goin' with rabbit . Final answer. They like coming out at night here, so they can have the run of the place, and avoid many predators.

I don’t know. There’s some rats in the city (Chicago) that are the size of small dogs. They can probably hop further than me100% rabbit. rats don't hop that far lol
