They should get the Dora as soon as they place the order. Id go down an watch them make the order asap. The longer they wait to make the order the further back your build week will be.

When I sat In the recaros I found them unnecessary for a street car . I'm a cop and I carry a gun on my hip 24/7 and the recaros made it terrible cuz it pushed my weapon into my side. Sat in regular premium no issues . Heated and cooled seats included I think il save my 1700 bucks .

The dealership just called and let me know the order was accepted by Ford, but I'm still unable to track in COTUS.

I can't seem to get Cotus to track my order when I use the order number and dealer code. When I use my VIN it still comes back not being able to find the order 2 or 3 times. I keep inputting my VIN until it 'catches' and then it brings up my order. It is still very much a beta project.
Maybe try inputting the order data 4 or 5 times to see if it 'finds' it.

Same here, first time I tried it worked. Now it won't bring it up for me. Anyway at least I know it's being processed by Ford.

My dealership ordered my car with Red Line premier trim. It was supposed to be Ebony. I called the dealership on Friday and they said they made the change. It is still showing as Red Line in COTUS. Should I be concerned about this? Hoping it just a while for COTUS to update. I definitely don't want red stitching or red panels in my interior.

FYI - In order processing on COTUS...

I would shoot Jeff at Ford Service a PM about it. My order wasn't listing my 20" wheel option. He was able to check my order and make sure I was comfortable that it was correct.

I've found he's answered my questions in about a half a day. If I PM him in the morning I've gotten an answer by that same afternoon. I would guess they are monitoring this site, probably an F150 site, Focus site, Taurus site, and maybe a dozen more. I just very pleased Ford is even providing us with the assistance.
