Almost the same as mine... Less the handling pack. I am a little concerned with a tune day 1 though..

Yeah may leave the tune for a bit, maybe after a couple 1000k's. I'll see. If I even end up keeping the '15

Not getting the handling pack anymore now. David from Steeda replied my query and he said they are compiling a new 'pack' that has their own struts/shocks etc. So I can just grab that and the 'stop the hop' and call it a day

Will do man. PM me your number/email etc. I'll let you know when I know more. The thing is, if I'm selling the '15, I'll probably only really 'need' to order in like June next year before my '16 is here lol

Going with Lethal Performance for most of these things, and Steeda for the handling stuff + stop the hop.

We'll still get a heavy tax bill when it arrives though! :headbonk:

Stoked today, as my dealer called to say that my delivery has been brought forward from December to October this year. They are getting 2 fastbacks in October, and I am number 2 in the list! Yehah!:clap2::clap2::clap2:

Rob I also have my ETA for delivery into the dealership set for October. I have seen the data from the Ford Australia system so I will take that as the following few days will be pretty close to a real delivery date the week of Oct 26. I'm not competitive but happy to be delivery #1 out the door

Just extremely patient mate I put a deposit down at my local dealership the week after the S550 was announced in the USA.

Having spent 2 hours at a US dealership looking at the 2015 Mustang in the metal earlier this year, I know it is well worth the wait. Glad I did because it changed my final colour choice. I started with Competition Orange on my 2013 OTP, went to Ruby Red when some of the guys in the US started posting pics of their Mustangs and finally changed to Guard when I saw that colour in the states.

I have been a Holden guy since I was 17 : HK, VB Commodore, VN SS, CV8 Monaro and GTO and GTS HSV's so was a MASSIVE call to change from red to blue. There was a time when I didn't let anyone driving a Ford park in my driveway :lol:

This Mustang is something special and I can't wait to get my keys :ford:

Sinclair Ford are having a showing on Monday night for deposit holders so I'm looking forward to finally seeing an S550 in the metal. From what I've read and heard I won't be disappointed. I have a Black 5.0 on order.

This is excellent - yours will probably be the first Guard in Perth. All the dealers I spoke to said they hadn't taken many Guard orders, if at all.

Mostly because for the average buyer not on forums, the brochure colours really sell the guard short. Glad to hear it looks good in person!

TOTALLY agree with your comment re brochure colours and was the reason Guard was actually my very last choice in colour. Ruby Red was the opposite in that photos which started to get posted on the forum of the actual car looked sensational but for me when I saw it in person the colour just totally lacked. The other reason I like Guard is that it's a unique Mustang colour ie: it's not white, black, red, yellow, white, blue etc.

I've gone with the Nickel because if we end up with the chrome window surrounds, it'll match all of those accents including the rear lights. Still not sure what the Oz trim will be, so i'm pissing in the dark.

I can always plasti-dip the rims in other colours too.

I will try to avoid you until because i want the first Guard I see to be mine haha :love:
