With a contract date of may 12th I still have no provisional build date after 4 months.

My early May order is in the system, the good ladies can see me there, but no confirmed date as yet. Hoping for an October date though. Being pushed back in some ways is bad (anticipation is a killer), but in other ways is good (planning on no finance so saving like a mofo).

They happily took my money and I have an order form, but not heard anything since. Not getting my hopes up for a great customer experience, but as long as the car arrives in Q2 next year I'll be happy.

Once we've got our vehicles I would be up for a meet up if you fancy it. Perhaps see if there's anyone else local.

Ive had two calls from Allen Ford, nothing really to update me on but the contact is nice.

Definitely mate, there are a couple of other owners on the forum who aren't far from me, in Wiltshire. So if we can make it work we'll have a pretty decent 4-car cruise!

This thread got me thinking as ordered mine in mid-August, just wanted to check everything was going through. Phoned up dealer and was given an order number so I guess no issues there. No complaints with Ford so far

Fords internal ordering thingy. We get an external version called Etis. Vista's pretty shoddy at updating but info in that system means they've got itin the system.
