Nothing showing on Research Maniacs, ETIS or COTUS, but my dealer called yesterday to say I've got a delivery date of the 24th December and that my car is being manufactured at the moment...
I would be surprised if he is that accurate? If there is no window sticker on research maniacs and you have the right vin then it's probably not got a confirmed build date? Between build and arriving at the dealers then there are still a lot of variables such as getting on ship and zeebrugge. However lets hope he is right !!!

Mine couldn't give me a delivery date even after it had been dropped off by the transporter! I told him. Hope he's right though; just make sure you've done all the paperwork beforehand especially the payment. Imagine rocking up on Christmas Eve (a Saturday BTW) and the payment doesn't go through.

And BOOM! Stuff is happening. COTUS shows it's in production today and my Window Sticker is live.

Hooray - so whats the build date - i am betting 16th (if they work Sundays!)

COTUS is a new on on me, but tried it out and yes in production and delivery in 48 days (or 27th Nov) - if that date happens I will eat the proverbial hat !!

Isn't COTUS what the Americans use? That date will probably be a delivery date for a location In the US. I remember speaking to ford service on here and they said it will be delivered to the dealer 3 weeks after build but obviously would never happen

COTUS was accurate for me up until build date. As soon as it was built yes the delivery time was way off as it assumed they're all american deliveries i think.

Its an extra website to check 10 times a day waiting for any possible information though haha

my dealer sent me the order screen from their end and the ETA to dealer is 24.12.16 - which i assume is where others are getting their confirmation of delivery date from then

COTUS is completely wrong for me. Shows that my car was ordered 8th of January 2016 and delivery will be on 2 November. ( Car was ordered on 4 April!) Still do not know if my car is built or where in the production line it is. According to Mustang@Ford it should have been built on the 3 October after it slipped build due to hot weather over there:eyebulge:.
Then got a window sticker that mentioned blend date of 7 October. No changes on ETIS for me. Still showing the default build date.

Started to feel less excited about the whole ordering/waiting process. :frusty::frusty::frusty: and about the car.

My etis has finished updating for some time now and my cotus has just today updated to "in transit"
Not sure how accurate that is. Nothing showing as yet on the cargo tracking thing however.

the current average waiting time - 7 months 12 days

added a calculator you can use on the 2nd page of the spreadsheet - basing off where my car is right now it would appear to be fairly accurate - within a couple weeks or too most likely

My estimate based on the spreadsheet seems to be a build date of 6 months after order and then a 2-3 month delivery time.

If that's the case they are getting slower! Mine was 4 months after order for build and then a further 2.5 ish months
It's an average, there's always exceptional cases ;)!
