So I finished installing opg/whipple on 2019 gt. I am waiting on whipple to send calibration, but i just pressure tested the empty radiator/cooling system and I can't pull a vacuum or build pressure in the system. I have gone over everything with soap and water and can't find a leak. Am I missing something?

I’m assuming you’re talking about the Whipple cooling system. Have you confirmed the Whipple coolant pump is powering on? You will be able to hear the whine if it’s on and you’ll see the fluid moving in the reservoir in the engine bay.

The intercooler is working/pulls a vacuum. I'm talking about the actual engine cooling system. Trying to add coolant to it, but couldnt get it to pull a vacuum or hold pressure when testing it before filling.

I have one of the coolant filling devices that pulls a vacuum so I can fill car with coolant without starting car and working coolant through that way. Was just confused why it won't pull a vacuum from radiator cap. Don't want to fill it with coolant and have it all leak out.

Did you plug the overflow reservoir drain? For me, I did the radiator vacuum servicing by using the reservoir tank, not the radiator cap fill.

Understood, I have a coolant vacuum filler as well. Like Doug said, I ran mine through the reservoir tank. I can’t recall me having any issues at that time, but it’s been awhile.

Ya, I tried through reservoir tank as well. I guess I'll just try and fill it with distilled water and see if it leaks. Thanks for the help.
