I have to agree. If my co-worker had a 2015 I'd want them to park next to mine. There's at least a better chance they would be more conscientious of door dings etc.
maybe he parked next to him because it's two mustangs side by side? I guess you never thought about that?

like wtf yall, why so jumpy to judge people....

Out of all of the 11-14 stangs I see on the street around Florida, almost every single one is a V6 (including myself when I had one).
florida i can understand, there are tons of rentals down there.

i for one got 2 v6 mustang convertible rentals down there during a few vacations. or were they chrysler sebrings? don't recall now.

Maybe the V6s and EB's but not the GTs.
Ive seen more Gts around here than Eco,it's a Mustang ..in a few month it wont be exclusive no matter what engine.besides To 90% of the population they're the same:lol:

Why? Last time they revealed the sales split 50% of the were GT's.
Because you have to take into account that the majority of the early orders are going to be Mustang or previous Mustang enthusiasts, who will opt for the GT. As the car comes into the main stream eye, you'll see more and more people like it, but they won't want the V8 or the cost of the V8.

The V6/EB will draw more people in because of the price range.

All early adopters are usually the more enthusiasts. As we continue to move further out into the first model year, you'll probably see more V6 and EB sales catch up and then outpace the GT.

That's just my opinion but all I see the road around here are V6's from the 2014 and earlier. Barely see GTs.

im sure the GT population will be 33% or less.

the v6 and eb prices are a lot lower and more affordable. there will be LOTS of new mustang owners that have never owned one before that will wanna buy it "because it looks good", because, lets be honest, it looks amazing.
Exactly. :)

What can I say, Mustangs are herd animals, aren't they?

Same but I feel bad for 2014 owners, they shoulda waited one more year, back in 2005 that body style was the **** but 9 years later it-s out dated and looks fat and round.
I think anytime a new model is revealed, the most recent past model loses a lot of love. However, in my opinion the '14 looks good... on the outside... not so much for the inside. And I really like their taillights.

Sheesh you guys are a tough bunch, I'm bailing on this thread.

Co-worker parking right next to you was douchey. Doesn't mean he's a bad guy, prolly pays all his bills on time and shows up to his kids' ball games every time, who gives a flying fuck.

He parked right next to you in order to showboat, if you all can't see that then I can't help you.

What's the big issue? I'd be happy to know the guy next to me most likely cares about cars and isn't going to blindly whip his door open.

I don't agree. The car people at my work park near each other. My black GT points right at a red WRX. He was thinking Mustang but went a different way. I think it's a cool car and I'm glad there are other enthusiasts around.

I'd much rather have someone who cares about their vehicle park next to me than someone in some beater.

Any time I'm parking and I see a Mustang, regardless of year, I park next to it...birds of a feather...

This. I've also noticed whenever I'm parked that other Mustangs of any year will park next to mine.

It's what being in this car club is all about. Love it.

Mustangs (at least 2010+) are becoming rare to see these days for me in my area (Nova).

Completely agree, car people are car people and they are most likely the safest people to park next to. This is how I park every day:
