Does the gt350 come with both driver and passenger side ford performance oil separators? Noticed the car I bought with 450 miles had them on already as well as a nice ceramic coating, did I happen to get more freebies?

You got yourself a freebie courtesy of the previous owner.

They do not come with the car. They are after market items. Nice bonus for you.

No, they do not come with the car, or as an option. Definitely added after

Good on you man. I hope you got a great deal.
What a shame the previous owner had to get rid of it so quick.

Definitely worried me he got rid of it that quick but I dont see any issues.. i think stock car feels a tad underpowered maybe why he gave it back for a raptor, my 19 gt with e85 definitely felt stronger , also was a 10 speed

I’ve never experienced a new GT but from what I understand they are absolutely different cars. I love the lack of low end power around town, it’s very easy to control.
Like others have already said, past 4-5K is where you want to be for the adrenaline rush.

Giving it back for a Raptor makes zero sense unless they just found out they are moving and the GT350 won’t work anymore or something similar.

People do impulsive things all the time. I bought a 2016 C7 Z51 that had 2000 miles on it. I paid 31% under MSRP and the dealer told me the first owner bought it and was too scared to drive it and traded it in 7 months after purchase on a full size SUV.

My GT350 had 1400 miles on it and the dealer told me the gentleman that bought it traded it in on a C7 Z06 because he wanted an automatic so his fiance could drive the car too.

Their loss is our gain.

In different times, I would be more suspicious. But perhaps the purchase became unsustainable due to job loss.

I live in a developing new neighborhood. Several homes less than one year old are up for sale. Several under construction have cancelled contracts. Most I suspect due to dramatic changes to income and stability from 6 months ago, without warning.

That said, they are re-sold in days. And the prices continue to rise. So there are opportunities for those with the resources.

I do believe that when inventories wane, GT350 prices will level, and perhaps rise a bit. If it looks like a good deal to you, due diligence is done on the car's history (as reliable or unreliable as that may be) and there is a safety net of warranty - the scales tip in favor to purchase.

I get the whole economy forcing people to get rid of things, don’t have much control over that.
What I don’t get is people not doing their research on the vehicle ā€œbeforeā€ they buy. I can’t comprehend spending money on ā€œanyā€ car on an impulse, I just don’t to that, never have.
Obviously in this case it wasn’t a money concern, they bought another vehicle that was more expensive than the first. Throw in the huge loss they took on the GT350.....That’s stupid money.

Economy aside it's nothing new. Most people buying cars like this have lot of disposable income. You also sometimes don't know until you own the car, as very few dealers will even let you test drive a car like this (brand new). I think people see reviews, etc, and get super hyped about a car, can't/don't test drive, and then they don't love it.

It happens. I am coming from higher torque cars for example, and at first the GT350 felt really down on power, but once I got used to holding higher RPM's I adjusted. But if someone is coming from something like a Z06 or ZR1, they might miss the gobs of torque. Heck even my C7 Z51 felt like it had a lot more torque down low (because it did).

Different time for different behavior.

I am not a fan of buying any car pre-owned. I might consider it if I knew the car and seller beforehand and saddled with a CPO warranty safety net.

I would never buy a car online, ebay, carvana etc, without an in person inspection, test drive, etc..... used OR new. Just how I am conditioned and life experience. But today with more information available on line, and newer generations, they approach things differently.

Yesterday car sharing business was insightful and looking economically promising. Today it is a bad idea.
