Oil quality and change frequency

Haven’t done an analysis. Just an observation on how well good synthetic, good filtration and regular oil changes, keep your engine clean.
I’d be more concerned with the condition of the bearings, but the cams look good.

How long the oil lasts before degrading depends on your driving habits. 8-10k isnt going to work this well for everybody.

Follow up on this thread. Supercharger is installed and I have been putting miles on the car. Running the recommended 5w-50 for supercharged engines and so far no engine tick. I installed the Ford performance timing chain kit, which includes phazers, guides, tensioners, chains and forged cam chain sproket. A lot of variables have changed but no ticking even after a hot re-start.
