Oil change

Do you guys (and girls) change the oil in your new Mustangs pretty soon after picking it up from the dealer or do you wait until let say 10 000 km?

I'm going for a first service check on Tuesday, after 12500 km. No point in changing the oil early, these are modern engines.

Same by me, next week the car goes to his first inspection with 12 500 km on it.

Ford official change is at 15 000km, just had it done last thursday a 16 250km

I will after 5000 km or so.

I will not drive more then 7500 km per year so I will change oil every year at autumn before the winter rest.

I daily drive mine and changed mine at 6,000 miles, which is about 9,600 km. I used Amsoil Signature, so I'll go 10,000 miles, one year, or 700 hours, as per their spec.

Official change is 15000km or 1 year interval, whatever takes place first. This way you keep your ford assistance. If you skip you loose the assistance until you do the oil change etc. then you get another year of assistance...

But to be honest I would have preferred to do the first change at 2500km though, to get the factory oil & gunk out and go full synthetic. Also weird is that my oil life is at 35% or something, yet if I follow the 15000km plan I'm still +-8500km away from it. Anyway, will do it in august when I reach the first year, I should have about +-10000km by then.

Just returned from the service check! They changed my oil and filters, refilled windshield washer fluid, swapped summer tires and changed license plate holders to clear black, non-branded. All for 160 EUR

I also asked my friend there to put the car on the lift jack so I could check the undercoating and underbody after the winter. Looks OK to me, they said it's completely fine. Here are some pictures.
