Mine took longer than 6 mins, i thought it was stuck at first but it finished.

I'm surprise it takes over 6 mins. I just did mine today and it took not even 3 minutes... Anyways, I tried my Custom ROM and it works! I added the Radio, BTSuite fix. No need ROOT to install them now. I'm still having issues with the new host I received. I took everything apart about 5 times already and I don't have radio... I opened the new box (Which looks different now). It seems to have a different FM Module. I'm contacting the Manufacturer AGAIN! I'll host the Custom ROM on my google Drive for tonight and I'll put it on APK Manager this weekend.

I hate to sound like an idiot, but I am when it comes to Android and it's operation.

It finally finished. I rebooted twice and I don't see ANY differences at all. Please remind me what Feb2017 was supposed to do.
I still see Celsius and kph

I also couldn't tell the difference because our units shipped with 5.1.1 already.
Yours also i assume.
You can change Celsius in settings.

Anyone have an issue with the back up cam video being washed out I can hardly see the lines most of the time on mine. I couldn't find any settings to adjust the video either.:shrug:

When the Backup camera is on, touch the top of the screen, and a menu appears.

5.1.1 doesn't mean it's the latest. The February update adds the MPH fix. If your update takes less than 20 minutes, you already have the update applied.

Custom ROM (It can do many things lol) It all depends on what tweaks I make to it. This is why it's called Custom ROM. For now, the only tweaks I made to it was just adding the 2 apks I rebuilt to fix the Engrish for BTSuite (Used to say "Dail" instead of "Dial"which is your dialer) and Radio (which shows "STERO" instead of "STEREO").

Feb2017 should bring Fahrenheit option if you install Nova launcher to change the Celsuis setting that's on your HVAC. You can skip the Feb17 and do directly the Custom ROM I built. It's based on Feb2017. I'm almost done uploading it.

For MPH change. Click settings, then System Set, look.for MPH setting.

Celsius to Fahrenheit change. Install Nova launcher, run it, hit the center icon that has the little white dots, then click Factory Set. Look in there for the temp settings.

K... I will try that. Again. I am an Android idiot and have no idea how to install a Nova launcher. I can't even find a Google Play icon.

PS. I am NOT rooted as I am not 100% clear on the instructions. I just don't know the terminology.

I'm thinking I need to be able to get internet first on the head unit. Still trying to figure out how that is going to work with such limited range on that little antenna.
