No worries I got everything pictured. I can also start the car or kill it every where in the world (even if they had the key it wouldn't start). I built something like that back then. It's pretty simple. My wife would start my car in the morning with her phone while we were 10,000+ miles away.
Sounds like you're talking about remote start. I have heard that you can't do a remote start on a s550 manual. Is that what you're working on or do you have an auto? I would love to have remote start capabilities for my 6speed.No worries I got everything pictured. No, I use my own homemade hardware and coding.StangATX which product do you use? viper?
I am auto. However, Where I used to live 98% of the population is driving MT. It's not too hard to trick an MT to have remote start. As I stated earlier my wife would remote start my engine(ON & OFF), windows (UP & DOWN), Turn on/off headlights/taillights, Pop the trunk, alarm, Kill switch (My favorite option so far... I did a test and it was hilarious. I gave the key to one of my friend and I told him I'll kill the car whenever he'll leave. He didn't believe me and I killed to car. He tried to crank it but the car didn't respond at all until I told the car to bring back the juice). Everything is possible! Trust me my car didn't have much electronics (Ford Racing Puma 1999).Sounds like you're talking about remote start. I have heard that you can't do a remote start on a s550 manual. You could tap them where I put my dashcam. (Windows fuse) I believe it's number 24. I need to double check...Mine came in the mail today!! My LED strips should be coming tomorrow. I'm thinking about tying the LED's into the cigg lighter, any thoughts on whether that is a good idea or bad idea? Does the cigg lighter stay powered 24/7? Would rather tie them into the actual headunit but I'm not sure which wires to tap into without a diagram.
You can probably just tap them into the wires on the unit itself, behind the back cover.Mine came in the mail today!! My LED strips should be coming tomorrow. That would be most ideal but just not sure which ones to tap intoYou can probably just tap them into the wires on the unit itself, behind the back cover.
