Not bad for a walk IMO considering its a new area and there's cool stuff to see probably, but definitely not something you want to be doing early in the morning to be there by 8AM.It would be a long walk. 1.3 miles according to Google Maps.
It is a divided highway with no sidewalks. Not much to see. You would walk by a huge used work truck sales lot if you are into that. Not bad for a walk IMO considering its a new area and there's cool stuff to see probably, but definitely not something you want to be doing early in the morning to be there by 8AM.
It'll be good to walk back at the end of the day. Maybe go out for dinner if you make any new friends during the class.
Did you rent a car or uber? I was planning on uberIt is a divided highway with no sidewalks. Not much to see. You would walk by a huge used work truck sales lot if you are into that.
I rented a car, but also did college visits with my son on this trip last year.Did you rent a car or uber? I was planning on uber
Bummer lol. I've had layovers in Charlotte Airport and the area looked interesting. I am going to stay for a few extra days with my buddy to checkout the area.It is a divided highway with no sidewalks. Not much to see. You would walk by a huge used work truck sales lot if you are into that.
I was planning on getting an Uber as well. I'd have to checkout the rates on renting. Because of COIVD you actually might get a good deal since rental car companies are desperate right now. But if you are plan on staying just for the day and a half uber is probably more coinvent. I am planning on staying a few extra days.Did you rent a car or uber? I was planning on uber
You will want a car. The track and surrounding area is more of the burbs, than having density of a downtown area. Good food is a drive for sure.I was planning on getting an Uber as well. I said good food......never liked their wings. Twin Peaks has much better food, IMO.If you like wings... there is a Hooters within walking distance from the hotel.
No worries, I was just kidding. I had a great pizza at a place attached to the mall down the road opposite direction from the track.Just tryin’ to help... I don’t know your tastes... you’re on your own my friend.
