Yep its amazing!! Can't recommend making the switch to a heavy knob ...I had 350gram before and thought it was awesome but this is better

Hows it work out in the sun? Does it stay cooler like they claim on the site? I don't figure its as cool as delrin knobs but if its at least touchable that wouldn't be bad.

Quick question for everyone who's replaced their stock knob...

Do any of you have aftermarket / short shift kits (MGW or Barton) installed. On the verge of ordering Lathewerks or Flossy and I just want to make sure my Barton's shorter length is adequate enough for the space needed for the reverse lockout ring. Want to avoid having the knob sit too high to clear the ring.

it does get hot. so it works like this, you can touch the surface for a second because it gets cool, but the center is solid steel sitting there baking so it is warm from the center and if you really grab it you're screwed. i put a microfiber cloth in my center console for the summer lol. worth it for the weight.

Just ordered this exact knob, after months of agonizing deliberations lol.

I was leaning towards weighted but could not find anything of a high weight that would not be a heat/cold sink, be significantly larger than stock, and reasonably priced. I loved the Boss302 knob I had in my '13...the billiard ball material, look and feel appeal to me. As for the weight, I rationalized that I had previously put a lighter knob on my RX-8 and actually liked the enhanced mechanical feedback I got from the lighter knob.

Worst case scenario and I don't like it I'm only out $50.

Yes, I asked for two narrow grooves on the bottom. I wanted a clean upper sphere.
