So who's getting one? :-) Color, packages, Recaros or the now-added-fee of leather seats?
Me, I'm trying to get one at the moment. I am waiting for me dealer to get an allocation. I am hoping for a delivery in May next year.

Kona Blue (L6) & White Stripes (85L) >> (47S)
Handling Pack (67L)
CF Instrument Panel (59B)
Cover (21S)

Does anyone know if Apple Play will work without the technology package? I know the base is Sync 3... so it should. I don't see the purpose of a navigation system if I can just use my phone...

Passing on the tech pack? I don't know if Apple Play will work or not without it.

I wonder why 2019 has so many blues. I'm bummed leadfoot gray is gone. But I do want to see how the new Performance Blue looks.

Interesting to note that the compression ratio, horsepower and torque ratings were not listed.

Probably no upcoming changes for the above and if so not why not just fill in the blanks?

I think so. I don't see a whole lot of value in the package (for me).

I would have loved to order it with no stripes in Avalanche Grey... but that's the way it goes.

I had contemplated ordering a 2019 R mainly for the Painted stripes and figured the other upgrades would be great (interior, stereo), but now that painted stripes is gone I'm sticking with my 2018 R for the long run.

I can't wait to see the upgraded interior though, I've always thought this was a weak point of the GT350. The upgraded stereo I'm sure will be awesome, but I'm in the "would rather hear the engine and rarely use the radio" camp on that one.

I can't see them taking Apple CarPlay away since it was already on the cars in the past couple of years on SYNC 3 systems so you should be good there.

I'm really curious to know if the new PSC2 tires are going to be DD/streetable. I hope they make this non-R GT350 with tires that will actually last on the street and go in the rain some.
The word from @BillyJRacing is that they are a more street friendly version of Cup 2's compared to the ones that come on the R's. He can chime in on this more if he likes...

I just added up the numbers in the way I'd actually buy it and $61K?! So GT350R prices of yester-year. You're crazy.
Looks like a fully loaded R model will come in at ~$74,000 and would suggest that not many R's will be produced based on a very late production schedule starting sometime next Spring.

:)

$74K...Sorry but for that money, I'm playing for the other team. Going homose - er, I mean going to Camaro ZL1 1LE.
That's even if a person could get a 2019 R at MSRP which based on a small window of production time/volumes supply and demand will come into play and can see the ADM scenario rear it's ugly head again big time.
