OEM Stripe Removal

My 2019 EB came with a rocker panel side stripe. Has anyone removed this stripe? If so, was there any crazy residue or discoloration once removed? I am thinking of removing it in favor of a different stripe. Thanks.

What color is the car- there shouldn’t any discoloration being such a new car.
Removing is easy if you take your time and be patient - a heat gun is required ( I use a 40 year old hair dryer ) just start a corner and heat and peel. Any residue can be removed with “Goof” or a lacquer thinner ( be sure to check a small area 1st ).
