I was actually removing some vinyl that a shop installed (too many problems, not worth going back again for them to fix) and when I got to my roof, I realized the vinyl seems to be wrapped under the antenna, as in they removed my antenna, wrapped it, and placed it back. Tried to remove it and a lot of vinyl is still under the antenna.

Anyone know how to remove it?

Looked around the forums with no luck

I believe you have to remove the headliner, at least in the rear to access the hardware. Have you tried googling, "How to remove 2015 Ford Mustang roof antenna?"

I actually had the same problem so I had to remove the antenna. In order for you to do that, you have to remove the headliner to access the bolt. I believe the tools I used to remove the headliner was a t-15 torx bit, 10 mm socket, and some need nose pliers. The removal didn't take long but I was a little hesitant cause you have to bend and pry some of the plastic pillar pieces off. Now I'm sure there's a better method but here's what I did.

I first took the map light housing out. It's held on to the roof frame with two clips thats located on the sides. CJ pony I believe has a video of removing it for their DD led light install. After that I removed the sun visors. Under the plastic latch for the sun visor there is a t-15 torx screw you need to remove (I believe it was t-15).

Now move on to the part that swivels. There's a smaller plastic piece that you need to remove. You can either use your finger nails or a screw driver. Beneath it there is a clip that holds that piece to the frame. You'll need to squeeze the end of the metal clip with some pliers and push up. It doesn't require a lot of force and be gentle. Dont break or lose these. If you're having a hard time try doing one side at a time. Once the clip is out, you can disconnect the power to the vanity mirrors and unhook the visor from the headliner. Do this to both sides.

Now remove just the upper portion of the plastic piece on your a pillar. Firmly grab it on both ends and pull out (away from pillar) and up. Same for the passenger side. This also goes for the b pillar. Now that your done with this, unclip the headliner from the roof (clips are located in the front near the map lights). Stick your hand where the map housing is and pull down the headliner. Now be gentle when youre working with the headliner. You don't want to leave smudges much less wrinkles showing. It's up to you if you want to take out the headliner or leave it in the car to access the antenna bolt. I reclined both seats and left the headliner in.

Unclip the antenna wire and loosen the bolt. There is a metal bracket and plastic housing that supports the antenna from the inside. Dont lose these. Now that you removed those the antenna should come straight out.

Sorry I dont have any pictures...I know it would of made more sense.
