OEM hinged rear quarter windows

Came across these while searching for something else. Was this a European-only option or something? I'd love to have these to eliminate buffeting with the windows down, but wow, they're pricey.

At first to get them you needed a 50th Anniversary VIN to order. Not sure if that is still true.
