Apparently they cost $7000 from a dealer and they dont look like the bullitt wheels.

I contacted the company selling them and they are Bullitt Wheels for the 2019.
They are remanufactured/refinished for cosmetic damage.
They have contract with Detroit manufacturers and buy the damaged wheels and refurbish for sale.
They list part numbers in their ad and my friend who works for Ford confirmed they are valid numbers.
I asked how did they get for a car that is not on the roads yet and they stated they came from test mules that had scratches or scuffs.
