Hey Mike—I think I know how your priority mysteriously went from 19 to 01:
I asked my sales rep last week to see if there was anything that could be done so that I might see my order [of July 15] get scheduled sooner rather than later. Emails to the Ford rep resulted in the rep saying that he'd change my priority to 01 for the Thursday Oct 16 scheduling. Which didn't happen for me—but did so for someone else, as today's email below reveals:

"Our Ford Rep. emailed our dealership back . It appears that a different Mustang Retail order that had been placed before yours ( in May) ) got assigned that priority 01 this past week instead of yours . We did not receive an explanation for this , so we can only make assumptions..."

And no way did this bug me—since, as I told the sales rep, you've been patiently waiting even longer than I have.

Since I'm not showing up in COTUS yet, I'm assuming a 0% chance of a VIN.

Although my old, cancelled order is still showing up, so who knows.

No VIN for me but the other retail order from my dealer placed the same day as mine (5/21) has a VIN this morning.

Update...now the other retail order from 6/11 just got a VIN...WTF..

GOT MY VIN!!!! Dealer called me right after I posted this and let me know build date is scheduled for 11/24.
