Lose the relatively heavy Recaros for a lightweight non-adjustable racing seat. They're cheap these days.

You could remove or empty the wiper reservoir also

It's the largest wiper reservoir I think I've ever seen. There has to be at least a gallon of fluid in there. I very rarely use mine so 1/4th of that would save maybe 4 lbs.

Pull the airbags, block the windows up and pull all the mechanisms from the doors, Headliner, fender liners, move the battery to the trunk, Strip out the console. Every 100 pounds can be a tenth they say.
