Dealerships also play games where they will drive a new car about 500 miles, list it for Public sale for a day or two but they put the miles on it so that they can sell it used to a family member. Pretty devious. If the OP did not give them a money deposit with a written signed contract, they can “sell” it to a family member instead.
I dont think there was a 2nd buyer I think they realized they were giving me 6k over KB for my 2019 Gt on tradin and giving me a new gt350 for 6k under Msrp

So it took a month, but today noticed a small gap in corner bumper between panel and plastic bumper in rear, after looking further I see a line of paint, small line, visible and can be felt with finger, so it looks like it had some sort of fender bender... I take it while on the original dealers lot.

I just went to dealer, asked both salesman about the accident and they vanished into the managers office, never to return, GM comes out and was very nice, and happen to walk straight to the corner of the rear in question when I told him I would show him where, hadn't said where before going outside.

Also appears, under the gasket for trunk where bumper is, on bottom, bumper seems to have been cut as its not straight edged. I dont think the damage was bad, but what is my recourse? I asked if I can have them throw it on a lift and verify no structural damage and he had no problems with that at all.

Car originally came from wisconsin ford dealer, which i thought was odd because dealers generally dont sell a 350 to dealers far far away.

If damage before actual sale papers signed dealership or GM before car gets to dealership that bought/ordered it can repair any damage and it not be disclosed and there is no reports or paper trails to look up. It's wrong but been there on other new vehicles and all manufactures can do that.

Just FYI what you are describing sounds like a regular factory paint seam, especially if it is on the edge of the plastic bumper cover where it meets the fender. My GT350 has terrible seams on the back bumper cover and one of these seams is actually peeling a bit on the front. Paint on these cars sucks, but most cars have these visible seams. Same thing on my wife's Lexus, but much neater.

Corner rear left tail light, slightly chipped , hard to see unless you look for it. I believe light pushed into paint when lower rear was slightly damaged..

Gap between bumper and where it seals trunk, edges arent flat and smooth unless they come like this? appears like it was trimmed.

The line you are concerned about is the factory paint seam, as I posted above. All cars have these; mine are worse and more obvious than yours. The paint at one of my seams on the front of my car is actually peeling. The chipping paint below the tail light is probably due to the tail light rubbing against the bumper. There was a thread posted about this on here before. The other issues seem to just be normal Ford quality to me.

That’s normal Ford assembly line work.

Did you check to see if they would do any warranty work on it? That maybe hard to live with for some.
