I like the Roush ones a lot, but I only had them on for approximately 1000 miles so far. They are really stiff and a little bouncy, but that's expected.You really have to R&R the struts anyway to get to the rear springs. I'd recommend getting decent aftermarket shocks if you decide to get springs. The Frpp track pack is only 1100ish from Levittown Ford, and it comes with springs, shocks and sways. It's a solid deal.
Mootang, how do you like those roush coilovers? My last car had cheap BC coilovers, they were garbage haha.
I agree that if you are going to do springs, forget it and go with full suspension. If you do it yourself, it will save you shop hour $$ and be able to spend it on a package deal. We are all here to help you though the process too if needed. I did mines outside jacked up on all fours without a garage lol.
