I'm told it cost £70 inc postage from the US bought from thiefbay.
Didn't realise they were on amazon for £200+ !! Might just stay in the wrapper now !!

Ignore Amazon prices. There are books on there for £2000 that fetch £50 on ebay regularly.

Look on ebay, there are loads of them, sealed for between £21 and £45 in the US
