I installed a NGauge into one of my AC vents and have noticed condensation along the center dash piece, presumably due to the lack of seal from the removed vent. Has anyone sealed the ac tube behind the gauge and if so what material did you us? I was thinking of using polyethylene foam which can be cut to fit the opening behind the gauge. Any thoughts or other options for materials and where to source?

I figured this would happen. I'm in FL as well and when I ordered my nGauge I did ask Lund about sweating and condensation... didn't want my new tuner getting wet inside. They told me that using a soft chunk of foam would probably be a good idea. I'm going to do just that.

How long have you had this towel in there? I'd be worried about moisture in this towel and a moldy smell.

Maybe Lund should provide a duct delete kit. A plastic cap

So, I ended up doing something similar to what Schism did but thinned the material a bit and it worked like a charm. No more condensation.
