I initially had the magnetic one from Joleobee in the car for about 2 years. While it was convenient to pull the nGsuge when needed, it had two shortcomings that I didn’t like about it.

1. The silicone bumper pads that helped it fit tight into the vent opening in the dash began to lose their adhesion and fall off. I replaced them with new ones that I picked up from the hardware store. In addition, the mount would loosen up to where I could shake it with my hand, although it still stayed put in the dash (this occurred when running the A/C).

2. The adhesive for the magnet let go one day and I never found the magnet, so I switched to the current mount that does not have the magnet.
Thanks, so the one you're currently using without a magnet, is that this one ?

It is more expensive and looks poor quality from the pictures

Yes that’s it. Fitment is great with this one and you don’t have to worry about losing the magnet or replacing silicone bumper pads. I’m anal about fitment and how things look and this one, although it may look like poor quality in the pics (it’s actually not) and cost more, it was clearly the better way to go for me.

Here is the one from Joleobee. I marked the photo with a yellow arrow to show one of the three silicone pads that help if fit tight in the dash. The vents in this mount are also a lot larger (elongated) to allow even more air flow.

Love it. I might just 3D print a new solution

Please keep us posted if you do.
Absolutely!

If your into custom parts, I make a Carbon Fiber 3D printed battery tray for antigravity Li batteries. I have 2 left.

Thank you, but I think I’m good for now. I have been considering relocating my battery to a trunk mount, but that would require redoing some wiring, in addition to the battery wiring, as some of my nitrous wiring is attached to the battery tray.

Thank you, I canceled my order for Joleobee and ordered the other one :)
