nGauge No Key Detected

I'm having the nGauge won't connect and the nGauge has been married to my Stang for years but now no joy.

I posted on another thread but its a cable issue. I can help

You are also using the wrong config file for logging. It needs to be the R12 not R7 file. Firmware has to be 326 on Gen 3 cars and if that doesnt work its usually the cable. I know you said you tried a friends cable so its odd.
