I'd swap the FMIC out before doing intake as the factory FMIC heat soaks quickly. Our shop car runs a mishimoto and we are extremely pleased with its performance.

Thanks Shawn! Another vote for FMIC upgrade on your vehicle! With the heat-soak issues we've seen/experienced on the stock cooler, replacing it should be one of the first modifications on this platform.
