Hello ecostangs

Like always im looking to improve my ecostang but i need recommendations for my next mod. My current mods are listed below on my signature. I was thinking of getting new spark plugs but im not sure which brand to get. Any suggestions on other mods other than the spark plugs? Not trying to spend too much money on my next mod but feel free to give any suggestions :thumbsup:

Properly done, water/meth is very safe.

The Wastegate is considered the most bang for the upgrade for power. People have been surprised how much it improved the car. Meth is another option and has other benefits besides power (believe it helps with keeping things clean running cooler).

Adam has the wastegate before exhaust, downpipe, or CAI as power increase mod.

Snow Performance has a stage 3 kit make specifically for our cars. But I believe that you can buy just any old kit to install, nothing really sets the snow performance kit apart from any other kit, other than the controller.

Pros: reduces your charge air temps dramatically, keeps the cylinders clean of most carbon build up, increases the octane of your fuel significantly, HP gains when tuned right are vary satisfying for the price you pay for an overall kit.

Cons: You MUST get a custom tune to run a meth system, you Must always have 50/50 mix (or whatever you shoes to run) in the holding at all times because if you don't, then your engine will not be tuned correctly and it could cause major damage to your engine, (not really a con) but something you may run into is trying to figure out where you want to place your injector for there are many places. ive seen people to it pre-turbo, post- turbo/pre-intercooler, but 90% of people ive seen will do it right before the intake manifold which seems to be the easiest because there are companies like boomba who make a throttle body spacer to accommodate for a meth system injector directly through the side on the spacer.

But overall a meth kit is a fairly safe and reliable way to squeeze a little bit more power out of our turbo charged cars, but it is not something you can install and just never check on it. So just be prepared for the maintenance.

KadenW23 thanks for the feedback bro :) so from what you are saying as long as i install the kit correctly and always have 50/50 mix juice on hand with the right Tune and tuner combo I should be safe and ready to go? Also I don't have to replace any hoses regularly or anything else?

Its always safe to check your hoses probably every six months just to be safe, if you were running just straight meth or alcohol, both of those are extremely corrosive and degrading to your hoses and pump over time but if you keep a 50/50 mix you should be alright for quite awhile. but yeah, nice thing about that stage 3 kit is that it comes with a low fluid light that your route to your interior which makes it much easier to monitor the level and stay on top of it.

I would say, just do some research and see what works best for everyone else, doesnt take long at all to scroll through some forums and read about meth injection as a whole, it will also gives you a thorough understanding of how these kits work so when it comes to installing them it will be a breeze.

KadenW23 I was looking at the Snow Performance Boost Cooler Stage 2 with the Snow Boost Juice. Now do you know if i need a throttle body spacer for this kit? are u able to active or deactivate this kit when needed? Let's say if i ran out of juice and don't got any in hand?
