Nice detail, did you have them apply some additional coating to protect the allegedly thin paint layer?

Great looking rims and tyres. How is the ride now in terms of comfort? (because of 20")
Despite now riding on 20" wheels, the ride is much better as the Michelin's have a softer compound than the Pirelli's. Grip is of course, superb

Some sort of Nano- bla bla bla. Smoother surface than using normal wax.

...and yes, the paint is incredible thin!

From one ruby red owner to another, Patirk, that's a good looking Mustang.

Here's a shot of my Ruby shortly after I applied a nice coat of Pinnacle Souveran paste wax.

New wheels on. Wow! What a difference!!!! :eyebulge:

The Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres also makes a nice difference in ride comfort, compared to the standard (crap) Pirelli PZero's. Grip is superb

These wheels are HRE FF01 in colour "Fog" (Anthracite Matt).

No rubbing on full lock.

Front: 20 x 9.5 - 265/35/20 ET35
Back: 20 x 10.5 - 285/35/20 ET45

Just need to wait for the TUV papers now as the ones I received were incorrect....no problems. It will take a few days extra ;)
Your car looks incredible. How much are those rims going for? they look great. also is your car lowered or any suspension mods? I'm not looking to do suspension yet, but those rims sure make the gap look a lot nicer:)

Great lookin car.:coolphotos:

Thanks!

Well, HRE are a San Diego based company so the wheels are very nicely priced in the US. No idea of the actual price. The wheels can, apparently, handle even wider wheels....

Here's a link to the company, they also state retailers.

No suspension upgrades at all. Perhaps at a later stage but to be perfectly honest, the standard suspension is pretty good. It makes the bends straight :D

Yea I think those look very nice with the stock suspension you have on the car. the pictures you took of after the detail look great from side/tire angle. Fits the wheel well much better than the PP ones. Debating if i just want to put spacers on the PP rims, or get some rims like you have here, which look great in my opinion.

Will look at that site + the price of the PSS tires. i hear great things about those.

Some pics will tell the story :D

I just saw that your mustang has a silver frame around the side windows! Nice! Is that normal in Germany? Here in the US they all come with a black rim (except the 50 Years Anniversary Package I think).

Thanks
Alex

Its the "Premium Pack" as we call it (some other countries call it Custom Pack) and includes a whole load of stuff like different wheels, soft touch doors, nice stitching of dash etc.

The non-PP/CP cars gets black wheels and black window surround, among other things.

Must have missed this one...

Yes, also by CJ Pony Parts but the lamps are all W5W bulbs so i am sure you can find them here in Europe too...

Regarding lumbar support, could you please check and tell me what are the available adjustments?

Up/down? in/out?

Does this mean that yours does not have the active bonnet, that raises in the event of a pedestrian head on?

It does have it. EU law.... this is the reason why the bonnet "flutters" when driving at high speed.
