It is ridiculous that they don't know how to do to give you a car.. are they car sellers? What are they doing all the day? Don't they know since about january that one day they should have to prepare a mustang for a customer?
We are waiting for 7 months, they really had all the time to gather info on that!

They said it's not their fault: Ford didn't send them the paperworks yet.
Considering how mother Ford managed the whole exporting thing I tend to believe them!

Sure, but I am tired of all that: they are the 'face' of Ford and I'm referring to them for having this car. They are responsible towards me of giving me that car. Then they could make a claim to Ford, but for me, it's their fault.

Of course your dealer is very different from mine but I'm sure that I'll face the same issues when\if my car arrives..

Hopefully not: as soon as the papers will be dispatched to all dealers the procedures will be known.
It is likely that we'll be able to pick our cars together!
Yours should arrive very very soon... unless it's on the second boat as Mikedelo's.

I have 22/8 as ETA then delayed to 29/8.. if it's on a second boat it should be delayed more. I believe it's already at the Livorno docks, but don't know why it is not delivered yet to the dealer.
And why the dealer never knows anything!
I'm sure they will forget to call me when it arrives..
