Newbie to Ngauge... Advice Needed

Hi Guys just got my Ngauge and Flex Fuel tune and want to make sure the car is running fine. My first question is, it came with only a 4 window set up on my ngauge I see some of you guys display 6 readings how can I change that? Second question, what should I be monitoring in my windows? I was looking for AFR but only found "zAFR1" and it wouldn't give me any reading...? Third question, how do you make it turn on when you start the car? I have to always tap the screen in order for it to turn on? Thanks so much, if you can point me to a ngauge instruction manual that would be great nothing came in my ngauge box.
