SO after installing my Hellion kit with the following mods:
55's
id 1000's
fore fuel system
tuned on e85

Im having an issue where smoke, mostly white as i can tell. Is coming from the exhaust during deceleration and sometimes up until the a few seconds into being stopped. Been researching and no coolant levels have dropped, Oil is fresh and doesnt seem to be a head gasket issue.
Should i start by checking my lines to the turbos? With this given height is there maybe gravity issues i dont know about?
Also could it be a PILL sizing issue?
Or could it be in my tune? I know ive heard of fuel cut off settings during deccel available in sct settings.

I know this is a lot to try and diagnose without seeing the car in person.
Performance seems on par, no loss there.
There are times where it doesnt smoke AT ALL. but i really notice it in deccel
and more so during a heavy deccel.

Lastly ive only been on e85 about a month now but i have not run 93 through her since. Getting a 93 tune today to see if cleaning the fuel system might resolve the issue, (gumming?)

Thanks again for helping a guy whos just annoyed of people telling me my car is smoking at lights >< :headbonk:

I would check oil level every 500 miles, same parking spot if possible. I have few ideas but don't want to speculate as it's too early without basic information which is the oil consumption. In the meantime I think it'd be wise to run oil analysis asap. What's the oil brand and viscosity you're running?

one thing i can confirm is no oil leaks while sitting parked. I played with it during lunch and noticed even under heavy WOT it only does it after you release the throttle.
It starts decently heavy then comes to a stop. There appears to be a good amount of precipitation on the tip of the exhaust after starting vehicle. I even went as far as to taste a small sample i swabbed with my finger tip and it had no taste at all (water?)
Im going to review my lines and see if it either is a gravity issue or maybe it needs a restictor/PILL on the drain side (bottom)

White smoke is usually coolant. Head gasket, warped or cracked head when the coolant is getting into the cylinders. Does the exhaust have a sweet smell to it? When the oil was changed was there coolant in it?

well i used my last free oil change, so i couldnt say myself. but my resevoir levels havent moved at all over 1-2 months of daily driving. Im new to E85 so i wanna say it smells like e85 but it has a minor sweet smeel but not really noticable.

I wasn't quite concerned about the oil leaks outside of engine as I think the problem is on inside. Oil analysis will help pinpoint where the issue is and may save a lot of money down the road on fixing and troubleshooting. Head gasket failure is highly probable but if you're not experiencing coolant loss by mixing one with oil, overheating or increased pressure in the coolant system you may leak coolant directly into combustion chamber under certain conditions.
Did you do anything with the head gaskets while upgrading to the helion setup?
Ohh.. And when the smoking began? after helion install?

Yes smoke started a few weeks after install but I've only run e85 through it.
No work was done to heads during install

Hate to say it and it's impossible to be sure over the internet of course, but white smoke and sweet smell typically points to coolant in the engine burning aka head gasket or similar issue.

Let us know what you find out.
