Had Xpel done on the front end of my GT last Wed. Put it out in the sun to cure today and wasn't too happy.
Looks like the installer got a little heavy handed with the squeegee. These scratches are too heavy to self heal.
Will be paying a visit to the installer this week.

The shop is reputable, so I don't think I'll have a problem.

How did they say "dont worry about these marks, they are fine" ? I mean I cant imagine them being ok with that leaving the shop. how's the rest of the install?

The rest of the install is great with the exception of one little liquid bubble which will eventually disappear.
They'll be hearing from me tomorrow. Already sent them an e-mail with pic.

Just taking a stab at it - looks like those may not show up well without some direct light like the OP has in the pic.

Same way swirls will blend until you shine light directly on them.

The shop SHOULD have caught that, but if it was a genuine mistake and not a pass off of crap work that’s probably the case.

wouldn't sweat it; a good shop will make it right. not sure about expel, but my shop has installed lumar on last pair of mustangs and they make a polishing compound that can remove issues to an extent.

Yeah. The installer is a high end detail shop. Maseratis, Ferraris etc.
I'm not really worried, just the PITA of going back and forth
