Anyplace sell decent looking rims that arent 600 a pop? I couldnt seem to find any on the usual sites like AM, etc
I recommended Signature Wheels because their super light. I mean, we're talking as close to carbon fiber as you can get. I agree with galaxy... you don't want to go cheap with a summer set. You're best bet would be a used set from buyers remorse or covid 19 hit on the used market.

Not for this car man, not for this car. You'd regret it anyways. Any cheap wheel is gonna look just as cheap. Anyone that makes cheap wheels typically aren't making anything in these sizes, which rules out this market. Most cars/communities with this size wheel and tire also aren't shopping for cheap wheels. As far as I know, about the cheapest option you may have would be Project 6GR, and I'm unfamiliar with their prices. That's about as cheap of a wheel (and I'm not talking price) I'd be willing to go.

Just making a hopeful assumption here, but are you shopping for cheap a** wheels just to have a dedicated winter set? If not, based on your standards for wheels and tires, I have a feeling you may just be in the wrong car.
Looking for a pair for the winter. Im not into the garage queen stuff, this is a daily driver and it will rack up miles. Not looking to go to car shows with it nor the track since the closest one is 3-4 hours away. While most shield this car from the rain I will be plowing through some light snow in it.

I bought a pair of rims and tires for my GT that were 1700ish or so.. Im looking for a similar package for the winter...

No offense to the OP but have you priced new OE wheels?
When you compare very good forged aftermarket wheels to OE, believe me they seem like a bargain not to mention the weight savings.

You also can likely find used oem wheels for around $500-750 for a set if you look for them...

Just make sure they have a guarantee behind them. Chipped, bent wheels end up in the market place all the time. It’ll cost an additional $500 or so to repair if they are damaged.

sold my 2018 GT350 :(
Another vote to look at the LMR SVE wheels. Decent quality for the price (under $1k for a set). They are a great value. Not intended for weight weenies.

Only problem is that I think they only have 1 type that fits GT350 now. That would be the R style wheels. They used to have several GT350 fitmints but I do not see them on the website any longer.

I'm looking at these for a light weight replacement. I sure you can find cheaper and heavier.

Don’t get all season tires on this car. I had AS3’s on a CTSV coupe I had, and it’s just too much hp for them. It’s just going to spin on accel and go hot in a turn and they don’t grip.

Because it is full of snow and uses it as a daily Driver.

Wish I could find the picture of my 07GT500 convered in ICE, We drove her from Cali, stopped in Vegas for the Bash (this is mid March timeframe), drove to AZ to see the Grand Canyon. Stopped for the night south of the Canyon and it starts to rain. Overnight, it freezes and the car is frozen over. Get in car, drive up to the Grand Canyon, put the top down in the snow up there and get some great pics.

Coming out of Oklahoma a few days later, we hit some rain....:crackup::crackup: It had been raining south of Dallas and into the Gulf for DAYS. We stop in Shreveport LA for the night and its still raining. So, wife and I start watching news and they are predicting rain for next week. I wake up at 3 AM and worrying about car being flooded, we pack and leave. About an hour south on the interstate, they closed Interstate for flooding. We following a couple of tractor trailers through backroads going south. Takes about an hour to go 30 miles, Crossed some flooded roadways following the trucks, they pushed most of the water away so Shelby gets thru. Get on interstate and hours later end up is Gulf Port Ms for the night and they are having 35 knot winds blowing off the ocean. Next morning car is covered in light SAND.

We get up and start to drive back to Fl. Cross into Florida, it is sunny and 105.....we were so glad to back home at that point.

That's why I love people who drive it all the time...I love my cars but I drive them to enjoy them!!!
