If you want to be economical, replace the rears only now and wait until all 4 tires are similarly worn. Lots of good options out there though. I personally just put on a set of pilot sport A/S 3's and they're a massive improvement over the stock pirelli p-zero nero's I had.

I've always had good luck with nittos. I just got a square setup from discount tire direct off eBay for less than $700 shipped to my house. Different size than the PP but 275/35/20.

Id do all 4 tires but if they are staggered i guess it doesnt matter much. Based on the research ive done i would rcommend these: mpss, continential extreme contact dw, nitto nt555 g2, nitto invo, mickey street comp., and nitto nt05. Trade offs with all of them. I will be trying out the conti's if they ever get shipped.
I have changed my mind a hundred times already but I am seriously leaning toward the Conti's as well. They have a relatively high tread rating and seem to perform quite well. Sidewall might not be the stiffest but I think I will appreciate that overtime as this is my DD.
