What do you guys think about picking up an OE replacement spoiler and keeping on hand due to the inevitable?
Some pretty good prices on line right now….Under $400 delivered.
I mean does it really make a difference when we go to sell if the underside is scraped up a little?
Will prices go up the longer we wait? Seems like a good idea right now but I don’t need more stuff to move out of state.

If my lower spoiler was in good shape I personally would put the money in the gas tank. (or toward brake pads and tires) Chances are (finger crossed) if I need to replace the spoiler it'll be under my comp or collision policy.

I wouldn't bother. I think most people expect the underside to be a bit scraped. Even then, I bet 95% don't bother crawling under the car to look. Any serious damage beyond that is likely an insurance claim.

If you want to protect the underside, put on some SliPLO using the included 3M adhesion promoter, right up to the leading edge, and then a row behind. The black bolts underneath that can get worn should be part W708464-S450B, per this source.

My dealership threw a new one in with the car when I bought it. Was nice of them. I still have it in the box. My current one isn't scraped or damaged other than the inevitable sandblasting from track use.

Got one on my shelf, was closer to 300 when I picked it up. Just like you said, who knows what availability will be like in the future.

I would do it. I bought one from White Bear in 2018, IIRC ~$300 shipped. Not concerned about scraping the bottom, more about not paying attention when parking and ramming into a curb or concrete wheel stop.
