I am going to get Steeda Pro-Active shocks and struts as well as minimum drop lowering springs installed on my 2019 Mustang GT. I am also getting the Steeda camber plates.

I am not looking to turn this into a $5000 job, but is there anything else that I should add? Please advise.

Hey OP,
Those parts will make your ride very comfortable!

What are you doing with your vehicle?
I can give you recommendations based on the what you use the vehicle for.

I like taking off fast and spirited driving along curvy roads.

Gotcha,

So our Pro-Active shocks are a comfort set up. Still has performance gain, but not as much as our sport shock.

For spirited driving, canyon carving, and a few light track uses, I would recommend our Steeda 555 8150 Pro-Action Mustang Shocks and Struts - Non-Adjustable (15-26).

Additional parts that make a Great pairing are the Following:
Steeda 555 1014 Mustang Adjustable Front and Rear Sway Bar With Endlinks (15-26)
Steeda 555-4455 Mustang 'Stop the Hop' Starter Kit (15-26).

There are a host of other parts that can make a difference, but I would start with those, and wider/ better tires.

But do the Pro-Action shocks and struts work well with the minimum drop springs?

Once I find a shop willing to work on this project I will order the parts.

Which tires do you recommend? It gets very cold where I live in the winter.

But do the Pro-Action shocks and struts work well with the minimum drop springs?
I've got this setup on my '16 GT non-PP and can say without hesitation this is a great configuration for a street ride. The car tracks and drives so much better when pushed. Personally, I prefer the linear spring for consistent feedback throughout the suspension travel and obviously that means it's going to be stiffer across the board at the higher rates. However, it isn't harsh over road imperfections and still works great for me as a DD. I use my wife as the real world bar and she has no issues going anywhere in the Mustang.

While 1" or more drops do look great, they just don't work for me in the real world. The 0.5" drop is just about perfect to help with that wheel gap and still appear OE at first glance. I've got some new wheels and tires otw too so we'll see what that does.

That is a good question!
I've only lived in FL/GA, so I don't have a specific tire recommendation for the cold weather areas.

I was referencing going to a 10/11 Staggered setup.

I have a supercharger so I wonder if the drop will go further than the 0.5" the springs are spec'd at.

Here is my 2 cents worth. I bought fully assembled Steeda progressive springs with the pro active struts/shocks and their camber plates. I believe they called it their ā€œcomfort packageā€ at the time. Unfortunately, I was not happy to say the least. Plates were noisy. The ride was unsettled. Broken pavement, expansion joints felt like I was on a pogo stick. Needless to say, I got rid of that set up. I changed to Steeda linear springs, apprx 1ā€ drop all around paired with
Ford performance track strut and shock kit. MPN: M-18000-F. This set up is phenomenal. The ride is firm but not jarring. No pogo stick affect. Suspension is quiet. Car hits a bump, car goes up, car comes down and it’s over. Simple, the way it should be. Additionally, the car handles great due to this set up and additional Steeda suspension upgrades. FYI. I don’t track my car but just enjoy a well handling, fun street car.

My installer really wanted me to get the Ford Performance Street Handling kit, but after ordering it, I found out that there is no clear idea when it will be available again. It's been on backorder for a long time.

So, I had the place I ordered it from alter the order.

Steeda Pro-Action Shocks and Struts.
Steeda Minimum Drop Linear Springs
Steeda Camber plates
Steeda IRS Subframe Support Braces
Steeda IRS Subframe Bushings
Steeda Billet Vertical Aluminum Links - Polyeurethane Bushings

Fingers crossed that these parts will get installed within two weeks.

I like your revised list of parts. As an FYI. Benny at Levittown Ford is an active member on this forum and can help with any inquiry regarding parts. He has been super helpful with all of my questions.

Don’t count on super helpful if you are ordering the FP Track Handling Pack. Also, don’t count on getting it.
