Hello Ecostangs

I am currently happy with my daily driver Ecoboost but wanted to see what other bolt on mods I can add to add some HP or Torque. This car is my daily driver, so I am trying to avoid for now water methanol kits and Turbo swaps. Any suggestions?? My current mod list is listed below on my signature.

-thank you

Charge pipes with a BOV would improve throttle response and stuff, but other than that, you've pretty installed all the bolt-ons. Are you on E30? That's a good 30 hp bump.

E30 is a mix of e85 and pump gas (91/93). Most pump gas these days is E10 (or 10% ethanol). When you increase the ethanol percentage to E30 (30% ethanol), it increases the octane value of 93 gas to about 96 octane. With more octane, you can run more boost and ignition timing. You have to be tuned for it though, so you'd have to request an E30 tune file from Torrie.

Ok if i wanna go e30 then a tune is required and a mixture of e85 and 91 pump gas due to highest Octane rating in california Juben. And if i wanna go full e85 then i will need more than just a tune correct CommyO ?

E30 only requires a tune. If you go full E85, then you'll need an aux fueling kit or a HPFP.

It depends on the percentage of ethanol in the E85. It's very rare that E85 is exactly 85% ethanol. It can range from 50%'ish in the winter time to 94% in the summer time. It's always good to get a small testing kit and check the percentage every so often.

For example, if your E85 tested right at 85% ethanol, then you could use 4.00 gallons of E85 and fill the rest of the tank (approx. 11.50 gallons) with 91 octane. That'd put you at a 29.4% mix (E29) which is close enough. Even with using 91 fuel to mix with, your E30 blend would be roughly 94.5 octane now instead of 91. Higher octane means more boost and timing which means moar powa!
