New Hood with Supercharger?

Hello,

Trying to plan ahead. I think I’m going with a Whipple supercharger next year. I am getting mixed reviews regarding the stock GT hood. Some say I’ll need a new hood and some say I won’t. I figured I’d come on here and ask since you’re all familiar with this car, more so than others.

I have a 2018 GT PP1

I currently have white stripes on the car, and am getting the PPF redone as well as restraining the car with black stripes (White doesn’t match, black is better). However, if I need a new hood, I’m going to de stripe the car, and the required hood next year will be carbon fiber.
